Refunds
Terms and Conditions for AI or Die LLC Cohort Program or any other product provided, distributed, or sold by AI or Die LLC.
Payment and Refund Policy:
a. By making a payment, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
b. Due to the immediate access to proprietary information and the commencement of services upon payment, no refunds will be issued once payment is processed. All sales are final.
c. If you have opted for a payment plan, you are contractually obligated to complete all payments as scheduled.
Access to Sensitive Information:
a. Upon payment, you will gain access to proprietary and sensitive information.
b. This access is non-transferable and for your use only within the context of the cohort program.
Payment Plans:
a. By initiating a payment plan, you commit to paying the full amount of the program. All sales are final.
b. Failure to complete payments may result in legal action to recover the outstanding balance. All sales are final.
Dispute Resolution:
a. Any disputes regarding payments or services must be addressed directly with AI or Die LLC. All sales are final.
b. You agree to attempt to resolve any issues directly with AI or Die LLC and not involving third parties as attempting to withdraw after services rendered from this cohort is in violation of these terms.
Acknowledgment of Value:
a. You acknowledge that the value of the cohort program is derived from the immediate access to information, ongoing support, and cumulative learning experience.
b. This value is provided from the moment of payment and continues throughout the program.
